Tobias Rehberger
Tobias Rehberger (born June 2, 1966, in Esslingen am Neckar) is a German
sculptor. From 1987 to 1993 he studied at the Städelschule in Frankfurt
am Main, where he now holds the position of vice-rector. One of his
works is on display in the visitors’ restaurant of the German
Bundestag in Berlin.
Tobias Rehberger lives in Frankfurt and Berlin.
Professor Ernst-Ludwig Winnacker
Professor Ernst-Ludwig Winnacker has been Secretary General of the European
Research Council (ERC) since January 1, 2007. Born in 1941, he studied
chemistry at the ETH Zurich, where he obtained a doctoral degree in
1968. Following postdoctoral studies at the University of California
in Berkeley and the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm from 1968 to 1972,
he was made assistant and DFG visiting professor at Cologne University’s
Genetics Institute. In 1977 he joined the Ludwig-Maximillian-Universität
in Munich as professor for biochemistry; in 1980 he accepted the chair
in this department. From 1984 to 1997 he headed the Center of Genetics
at Munich University. From 1998 to 2006 he was President of the Deutsche
Forschungsgemeinschaft (German Research Foundation, DFG).
Markus Müller
Markus Müller is founder and managing director of BUREAU MUELLER.
He has taught in the “Art in Context” course of studies
at the Berlin University of the Arts since 2004. From 1994 to 2004 he
worked at the Westfälisches Landesmuseum in Münster. Markus
Müller was head of communications for Sculpture. Projects Muenster
in 1997 and for the 1998 Council of Europe Exhibition 1648: War and
Peace in Europe. From 2000 to 2002 he was head of communications for
Okwui Enwezor’s Documenta11.
